The service was excellent. The sales assistant at Haringey Eugene Adjei was knowledgeable. I felt as though he took into account my medical history and provided me with the best mattress and pillow that supported me. In depth knowledge of products and helped me to narrow down my choice. Very patient and wanted to make sure that I purchased the correct one. He also explained what materials will be used in my mattress. The first time I came into dreams one of the staff was rude, unhelpful and full of sarcasm. So I left. I was apprehensive to return, but I'm glad I did. Eugene Adjei changed my opinion of the store and the service. He's an asset to your company!

First time I used dreams, it was a pleasure. Extremely fast service very friendly, my goods haven't been delivered yet so can't comment on the delivery service. But my in store experience was the best!!!

I received all the assistance I needed from Adam at the Harringay store but was not able to proceed with a delivery date on that day. When I next visited, Stuart remembered my earlier visit and what was agreed with Adam. I was then able to make the order on Monday 11th April and arrange for delivery on Thursday 14th April. However, I did have to go back to the store to collect a green recycyling plastic cover for my old mattress. It would be more efficient if that was stored on the delivery van so it would always be available at the right time. I was telephoned early on 14th April to be given a time slot of between 11.00 and 13.00 and the delivery was made at 11.35. Adrian and Jack were friendly and placed the new mattress on the bed and took away all the plastic covering. They also collected the old mattress which was covered in the green bag and placed in my hallway. It was quite difficult dealing with that on my own, so I was pleased when the new one was placed in the right place by two people. The mattress feels quite a bit harder than the one I tried out in the store but I know I have 40 nights to try it out and possibly exchange it.

Excellent products, Stuart the salesperson has a friendly performance and had it not been for the ease of finding the right product though Stuarts assistance I might not have settled on the product we bought. We, me and my wife also really enjoyed talking to Stuart who keeped the store open late to make sure we got a deal because the first attempt was rejected by Barclays, and with absolute composure, LOL i couldnt do that after closing time : )
