Friendly greeting when we entered shop. The bed we had seen on line was on display. There was a wide variety of mattresses to try out. Very helpful assistant.

I was highly satisfied with my experience with Dreams because I recieved great customer service. I am also great full because I was given full attention and information about the goods I bought. Lastly, I love how the worker compared the products and opened my mind to a wider range of products.

I visited Dreams Haringey on Sunday and received amazing service with so much detail on everything I was interested in, I returned on Monday and purchased my whole bedroom furniture including mattress! A very smooth process considering the wide selection in store but with the staff at hand we were able to make a decision and will enjoy our new bedroom furniture.

Elda had excellent product knowledge as well as customer service skills. She was very efficient and it was very easy experience having her as our sales agent.

We found the perfect mattress which we are sleeping happily on right now. My back already feels better for it. And the store was just around the corner from our house. The whole process was seamless. We will come back to buy a mattress protector which we forgot on the day.

Really friendly and helpful staff, allowed us time to make our choices, delivery date and time to suit us. Even offered us refreshments while we were sorting out the order!
