The staff was very pleasant they made me feel comfortable when looking for a bed for my daughters, one of the employee's made me a cup of tea and made my visit enjoyable and not at all stressful. The delivery process was also very swift and the delivery team assembled the bed in under 20 minutes. Overall I'm completely satisfied with my Dreams experience and will definitely be shopping here next time for any extra parts.

I am happy with the location and ability to see the quality of the items I am looking for. There is different between viewing it on line and feeling it yourself . The customer relations of the staff was good.

HI, is true I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. Elda was a very nice person and she helped us to choose the best products for our needs. She had sow much patience with us.

I went into the shop thinking I was "only going to be a new mattress" as my old one is 10 years old and I knew I needed a new one, and I am getting backache and joint aches every night. But I can't afford to spend a lot. Your colleague Tessa explained how just buying a new mattress was not really an option as putting a new mattress on an old broken bed base would only damage the new mattress, and she helped me to find out which was the best mattress and bed base for me taking into account all my needs, and my financial circumstances. She was very kind and me and my daughter were offered a cup of tea and Ovaltine, and we spent some time trying all the different mattresses until I was happy with one. Tessa then went through the finance options with me and was very reassuring and helpful and so by the end I have now ordered my new bed and I am feeling so much happier. Tessa was very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly to me and had time to answer all my questions. I felt very cared for as a customer.
