Dreams - Haringey

First visit, staff made me felt comfortable and not rushed. I have never tried beds by laying on them before, it's important process choosing mattresses and bed and staff made this easy.

Tessa served me and went out of her way to offer the best value for what I was requiring. I wanted quite a specific item and she enabled me to have the bed I wanted with the choice of mattress while offering me the best possible savings. I would recommend the branch and Tessa specifically to anyone. I have been to a Dreams before (not this branch) and didn't bother with an order as I didn't feel the support or interest was there, however I am very pleased I decided to give Dreams another try, thanks to Tessa it was a great experience.

The sales people we friendly, not pushy at all but gave very good advice and allowed me plenty of time on my own too find what bed I wanted. The order was taken in an effective and clear way, even to the point where it was read back and explained how the find balance was reached. Very professional

I was directed to the mattress I required very quickly and allowed to try it out, and it satisfied my needs. The assistant was very helpful and homely, and even made me a cup of tea.
