I had a really good shopping experience at Dreams Harringey, I was able to take my time and the assistant Jamal was extremely patient and helped me a lot. I felt safe to shop distancing and hygiene was very good and even offered a drink. I also think the special bed that helps to choose which mattress for me was good. I came away very happy with my choice and can't wait to take delivery of my new bed. Thanks

Jalal was very helpful and patient with me. I did not feel rushed as making such a large purchase is a big decision for me. Jalal explained the differences and benefits between the mattresses I short listed based on the recommendations from Sleepmatch scan. Jalal has excellence customer service skills eg he greeted me well and offered me a drink. He also explained the Tempur Cloud Cooltouch pillow I was interested in. He maintained a good social distance. I did not make the purchase on the the day I first visited the store but I went back 5 days later, spoke directly with Jalal and made the purchase. Had I not had such a good service from Jalal and the other staff in the store, I would have purchased a mattress elsewhere at a cheaper price.

Assistant was very helpful, provided a pillow to assess the mattresses we preferred. Gave us time and space to discuss our choices together.

Staff member Jalal was very helpful, I explained my needs which were a long list .he was very respectful and listened he suggested sleep match which is amazing ..to which he was more than happy to show results and allow me to try even tho it was the end of the day and the shop was closing he did not rush us, offered us both water..I can be a bit slow at making a decision but I felt happy with Jalal explaining what I would get from my money and how I would be covered incase I don't like the bed and mattress . I AM TRULY EXCITED ABOUT MY PURCHASE .thank you for your wonderful staff.
