I had looked on the Dreams website before visiting the store. I knew I wanted a good quality double mattress, with lots of excellent reviews. I also wanted delivery as soon as possible. I found the Slumberland one asked to see if when I walked in the door. It was right in front of me! I tried the mattress and found it ideal so placed the order. All very quick and efficient! The salesman was helpful, professional, didn't rush me and didn't waste my time trying to sell numerous other things I didn't want like some salesman do! (He asked me about mattress protectors which is fine).

The service and support from Saleem was great and we felt he went out if his way to help.

Chris welcomed us and set us up with Sleepmatch. He took time to help us try different types of mattress and explained the differences and why they felt different - we tried several of them twice! He was polite, knowledgable and personable. His approach was unhurried and friendly and took time to explain to my, wife who has back and shoulder problems, which one would suit her best and why. He completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently and we can't wait to take delivery of our new mattress!

We came back several times to try the bed and make sure we were making the right decision. The team remembered us each time, talked us through the options and were very patient. I never felt that they were pushing us into our purchase but always wanted to give us the right knowledge and time to make our decision They were very professional and friendly and made the whole experience seamless and put us at ease with our purchase. Thank you to the team at Walton on Thames- they were great! And would highly recommend Dreams to a friend and would definitely go back for another purchase.

On both our visits to the store we were given the most excellent customer service by the sales assistant Chris. He was empathic to our needs and took time to show us a number of products to make sure we were happy with our final choice. He offered us water on both occasions and was polite and efficient

The staff were very good , gave us time to decide, with no pressure.
