Very helpful staff who knew what they were doing and worth good product knowledge. Double checked out order details and address to ensure it was correct.

My elderly Dad was determined to buy his own bed and try them out, as you can't online. We arrived and were greeted by Prakash, who was fabulous 👌. Dad and I were offered a cup of coffee, which was lovely. Prakash was very attentive to my dad's needs and made the visit easy, and pleasurable. Bed ordered and coming on the 6th December. Very impressed at Dreams customer service. Excellent. Prakash needs a pat on the back, or a bonus! Thank you Sue Patrick
