The salesman Guy was very friendly and listened to our needs and guided us to the relevant products with very good product knowledge. The whole team in the store where very friendly and welcoming without using pushy sales.

Guy was very helpful in explaining the beds and mattresses and I did not feel rushed. He had good knowledge about all items in store. He had a nice polite friendly manner.

We originally spoke to the manager in the week about a divan/mattress. We then went back a couple of days later and ordered and was served by a gentleman call Guy he was excellent and we are very pleased with our purchase.
