Our store assistant, Paula was wonderful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and guided us through our purchase rather than pressured us into buying. She invested a lot of time and effort with us and we enjoyed our first experience buying a new mattress. We initially only went in to browse but came out with a whole new mattress, bed frame, duvet and pillow. Paula was a delight and we were so pleased to have been assisted by her.

The members of staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great range of products. We're able to test the mattresses safely.

As soon as we walked in we were met by a lovely shop assistant called Clare, she was very helpful.
