Ross, who served us was highly knowledgeable and explained things clearly and patiently to us. Item we ordered was available a lot sooner than we expected. Whole process was very easy.

I walked into the store in Kinnaird Park, Loanhead and was approached by a lovely lady, Paula who asked if I needed help or if I wanted to browse. When I said yes I needed a really good bed as I have arthritis mainly in my back. Wonderful woman knew exactly which bed after lying on the "magic" bed! She was very thorough and I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new bed!

We entered the store looking for a new mattress as we needed a new one to help with my wife's medical changes and our current one is dated and causing sleepless nights. We were met by Abbie and from start to finish she was extremely helpful and understanding. We were offered to use the sleep simulator and teas and coffees. Our daughter was also offered a cold beverage or hot chocolate. Once we were finished with the machine and suggested mattresses made, Abbie kindly took us around the most suitable ones on offer, explained a little about each one and we were given time to try them out ourselves.

The man who served us (Andrew?) was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the sleep match machine and the variety of mattresses available to try. It made shopping for a mattress much simpler.

Sebastian was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We made 2 visits in one day and Steph then Paula who assisted us to choose a mattress could not have been more attentive friendly and helpful. They did not push us to buy anything but it was clear that they had an excellent knowledge of the product range and were able to offer us advice accordingly.
