Andrew was very patient and I was impressed with his knowledge of all the mattresses I tried out. I was impressed with the machine which scanned my body and recommended the five best mattresses for my needs. The other colleagues we’re also very polite and friendly. I have already recommended the Dreams shop to friends. Truly a happy experience, and I will certainly come back for another mattress for another bedroom … once my bank balance has recouperated!

Andrew in store was so helpful as it was first time shopping for a mattress in a long time . measured us up on your machine thing and got us the perfect mattress in our budget , friendly and up for a laugh. Couldn't have asked for better service

Abbie took me to the sleep/mattress machine, she explained everything very well. She left me to it and returned immediately after me getting up. She took the print out from the machine and took me around the shop to try approximately 7 mattresses. Out of these I was easily able to pick my top two. If I'm honest, I wasn't going to spend this much money on a mattress, beforehand I was going to buy one elsewhere for almost 50% of the price I paid at your store but I was so impressed with the level of service, how approachable your staff was, friendly and down to earth plus of course the products are top notch. Abbie has written down all my favourite mattresses and bed frames as I had to think about it. She wrote the contact number in case of any questions. The next day I could easily place an order online but I was extremely grateful for all her efforts and professional recommendations so I called her up at the store and placed an order with her over the phone. All I can say is that my overall experience was a second to none and that your staff had created the best atmosphere one could ask for. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you very much!
