We expected to visit several stores to make comparisons but the service we received was of such a high standard we bought the bed there and then. the young lady who assisted us, Eilidh, was a relatively new member of staff having only started a 4 weeks ago. Her product knowledge was very good but she had the good sense to double check our order with a more experienced member of staff. She was obviously well trained as well as having a naturally warm, pleasant personality.
