Both members of staff who helped us were knowledge and pleasant. Claire was particularly quick at establishing what we were looking for and pointing us to the most suitable items. She was also able to make a recommendation from personal experience.

Was Given a warm and friendly greeting as soon as I entered the store, was asked what type of bed I was looking for in particular and directed to a choice. I was given some time to browse on my own (rather than being followed and pestered) & when the assistant gauged I was ready to query the products she asked how I had got on, I explained a bed I had seen on the first floor Which I couldn’t remember the name of and began to describe it .. in which she told me the name of it instantly. We discussed sizes and colour and I asked the different between the slats, she showed me under the mattresses and explained the differences by sitting on the beds and how they felt in comparison. We went through a very quick overview of my needs / including delivery slots,/ building of the bed by reliable in store staff and the added protection / Infection control measures were thorough including the use of hand sanitiser after handling the card payment machine and screens. A very quick and painless purchase with friendly conversation from the assistant and her colleague while I placed my order.
