Claire gave us enough space to chat without being too aloof. She was very patient considering we were in for a few hours. My dad popped in and she even offered him some water! She spoke through the options for buying including the interest free credit and guarantee.

We were served by the store manager Steph who took time to show us all our options and allowed us to make the right decision for us without any hard sell or time constraints. She was very knowledgeable in the products in store and was able to answer all our questions. The bed station which assessed what was best for us was a great tool as it meant we were able to try out the right mattress rather than spend hours looking at the vast stock in store and become confused at what was right for us. I would definitely shop here again
