Excellent customer service. Went in for a mattress and came out with 2x mattresses, pillows, duvet covers and protectors. The agent who helped was excellent!

we were just very happy with our experience. the staff member seeing to us (clare) was great. she knew her products and what we we liked so made the experience very easy. we actual intended on not buying a bed on the day we went but were that impressed so decided to go for it

The assistant (Paula)was very helpful and knowledgeable and the special bed to check all my pressure points etc was an interesting experience. When I bought my last mattress (11 years ago) from another dealer I was in and out within 20 minutes as the technology for assessing pressure points etc was probable science fiction back in these days! Unlike my current mattress this one will probably out last me so it will be well worth the price!
