I dealt with Sebastian in Edinburgh, Straiton Store. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and really helped me get the right one, very patient. He was great at listening and got me what I wanted.

Paula at the Loanhead branch was fantastic. From the moment we walked in she took great care of us. She even walked our baby round in the stroller whilst my wife and I were testing out beds and the sleep match machine. Great service.
