Pleasant experience, greeted on entering the store. Staff member Sebastian very knowledgeable and patient. Got exactly what I was after.

we were highly satisfied during our visit to dreams, Paula was absolutely amazing with guiding us through our options, being knowledgeable on the quality - whilst keeping our budget in mind - and completely transparent about the products. She built a respectable rapport with us which we trusted and appreciated her help.

From the minute we entered the store, we were greeted by an assistant, he was very knowledgeable and was able to show us what we needed. He asked us to try the sleep machine, which helped us to buy the right mattress too. Sebastian is a credit to your Straiton store.

I phoned and got the manager of the store. She was a delightful person was able to tell me about the product - indeed everything I needed to know. There was a problem getting my card details accepted and she stuck with it til that was sorted. It was a good experience and the order took no time at all.
