The colleague we spoke with, Paula, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the products. She answered all our many questions thoroughly and really built a rapport with us to understand our needs. I can't praise her enough. The store itself was extremely clean and tidy. It was a great experience and will recommend the store to family and friends.

Fantastic, friendly, professional customer service, and excellent guidance and advice. My 80 year old Dad (who suffers from cardiomyopathy and asbestosis) was SO well looked after. There was no pressure, he wasn't at all rushed, and his needs were listened to. Cannot fault our experience..... it was amazing. Kudos to our amazing sales assistant Jav.... he was just brilliant. If possible, please let his line manager know how fantastic he was.
