Really happy with how he ensured our safety with respect to social distancing and surface hygiene (my wife and I were in the shop with our 4 month old daughter so we are really concerned with good practice and Jav was great).

Everything seemed to be very organized and the matching of which bed was suitable for you well done as well. Prices were a bit more than I expected but probably for what we are buying it is well worth it.

The colleague we spoke with, Paula, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the products. She answered all our many questions thoroughly and really built a rapport with us to understand our needs. I can't praise her enough. The store itself was extremely clean and tidy. It was a great experience and will recommend the store to family and friends.
