More than happy with the way we were dealt with. We knew what we wanted and the assistant took us straight to it and explained the different colours and fabrics we could have and let us take our time deciding.

The sales assistant, Jav, was friendly helpful and really knew his stuff. I didn't want to spend all day shopping and he helped me at the right pace and gave me the info I needed

Jav helped us during our visit. He was fantastic: friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He made picking our new mattress very easy and gave us helpful advice on what would likely be best for our purchase. Really happy with how he ensured our safety with respect to social distancing and surface hygiene (my wife and I were in the shop with our 4 month old daughter so we are really concerned with good practice and Jav was great).
