Salesperson Jennifer was very friendly and patient with myself [in my eighties] and my son. I tried many beds and eventually decided on the first one, and the process was a pleasant experience.

Sales Person Paula dealt with us in the nicest manner possible. She spent ample time understanding our needs and provided us with multiple options keeping our budget inmind

Jen was very friendly and helpful, she was also very informative.

I found the shop was very well run with reguard to COVID restrictions, and I was approached by a very friendly member of staff Jen, who immediately responded to my interest is a particular mattress, she was very knowledgeable of the products and made me comfortable throughout my visit.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. All queries answered promptly. No pressure to buy and left to browse until ready to make a decision. Choice of bed met our requirements exactly.

The young gentleman who attended to our needs was extremely focussed, very well informed and generally very helpful. he certainly went the extra mile in ensuring that we were buying exactly what we wanted and needed. we made our purchase with great confidenc that we were buying what we wanted and needed.

I was offered help straight away, the sales advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and at the same time gave me space to look around, I was put at ease with everything and it made the shopping experience so much better.

Jav made us feel really welcome as soon as we walked into the store. Taking the time to understand our needs, I was very happy with the customer service provided. We explained our situation as we were let down by bensons for bed and Jav made something we didn’t think would be possible, possible. I’m 8 and a half months pregnant and our bed was due for delivery from bensons on the 9th of January (placed the order 19th September) and it was pushed back to March. Jav told us we could have our bed delivered on the 30th December ( we went in on the 19th December)... I was amazed at how quick the delivery date was.

More than happy with the way we were dealt with. We knew what we wanted and the assistant took us straight to it and explained the different colours and fabrics we could have and let us take our time deciding.
