From stepping in the door we were welcomed by a very friendly assistant who put us at ease and explained the process. We felt we were made to feel important and that our needs were being listened to. We were shown various products n did not feel under any pressure. It felt very comfortable and an enjoyable experience. The salesperson Paula was lovely n really helpful.

Paula was with us as soon as we entered the shop she was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the type of mattresses we needed etc I was undecided about the bed Paula recommended I have a look at another bed that was upstairs so I had a look and fell in love with it. She was very informative and friendly and we took advantage of the sale as she told us about all the pillows and duvets that were also on offer, we went home with the whole package we are very excited to get our new bed. Paula was amazing!

Service was impeccable from the 1st step into the store. Abby welcomed me and asked if she could help. She explained what was available and offered the bed assessment which I was not aware of. I thanked her for her help and said I would come back the following day with my husband. We were welcomed by Paula who provided us with pillows and covers and went through and problems, aches and pains we had and how we each slept. We were extremely impressed with the process. After we finished Paula offered us various beds and her knowledge was second to none. She was professional, knowledgeable about all her products, friendly and helpful answering any questions we had.
