Member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained all of the options but left us to browse on our own.

Lots of information and sensible advice

We where greeted by Clare and asked if we required assistance when we entered the store. Clare directed us to the area of the store we required and answered all our queries with great knowledge. The experience was a delight.

We were welcomed by Paula. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable on her products. Assisted us with all our needs. We had an idea of what we needed but through Paula’s knowledge she assisted us with mattress selection.

Sebastian was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing our new mattress, great customer service!

We were were spoken to within minutes of entering the shop. The assistant quickly understood our needs and was able to help us make our purchase efficiently. We also felt very safe as all Covid rules were followed. We were offered a drink whilst we completed the paperwork and the whole experience was very positive indeed.

We went to Straiton store and your colleague Sebastian was a star. We spent around 1h30m with him and he helped us choose the best option for us. Really patient, helpful and with outstanding knowledge of the products. Overall great sales advisor. I will definitely keep coming back to to Dreams.

As soon as we entered Dreams we were greeted by Paula who introduced herself and gave us information on items in the store. She showed us beds that suited our needs and gave us the opportunity to have a look round the store and was there to answer any questions. She also offered us beverages and we were her main focus throughout. Paula’s customer service was faultless and she made our overall experience a good one. Thank you again Paula.
