Keith @ the Straiton store in Edinburgh was extremely Helpful,down to earth sales person who listened and did not pressure us at any point in the experience. A Happy for our small children to run around the shop and happy to converse with them. Very pleased with our shopping experience.

Been to dreams twice now because every thing from first stepping into shop and to the final delivery went as planned. Paula our sales person not only knew the products extremely well she explained all the colour coding headboards . And because Paula listened well to what we wanted she was able to guide my husband and I without wasting time Thank you Paula .

The store is well layed out and the team do not pressure you into buying. They made us feel very comfortable and gave use great advise in relation to what we were looking for.

We came in looking for bed frame only but Frank assisted us and found a mattress that really was a good fit for us. We were happy enough to purchase the mattress and a bed frame. Frank was very informed and helpful in making our decision. Paula was very helpful at explaining the purchase process including finance and warranty, which we took. Overall we had a great buying experience thanks to the amazing staff.

The Assistant ( Gary ) was extremely helpful but not pushy. Very polite and he discussed with us our needs ( husbands bad back ) then took us round all the options . We were not rushed at all and fully understood our purchase. We were not impressed with the cascading water at the entrance to the store due to torrential rain and extremely leaky gutters and burst downpipes.
