The agent was knew his stuff. Respected our budget and found us bed we were looking for with a comfortable mattress. All staff manger included helped to satisfy our children while we made the purchase. There was no pressure and the sales men didn't linger while we chatted to make our choice trying to push us towards a decision!

I was very pleased with the way that Gary dealt with me. He was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. Also I did not feel patronised at all. When I hit a little problem of which mattress to choose he helped me with details and information that was very much appreciated, but at no time did I feel pushed or bullied into making a decision. In fact he made us tea and gave us time to make our minds up without any interference. I never felt as if I was taking too much of his time & I felt at ease with making the decision that I did. Hopefully the mattress will be as good as we all hoped that it would be. Gary gave me a number which was B181, I hope that that helps to give him the congratulations that he deserved.

The staff member took their time with my wife and I, ensuring the mattress is what we were looking for and happy with our choice.

Paula the assistant was friendly and knowledgable but not pushy. Listened well to our needs and showed genuine interest. A real asset to the company 😃
