The assistant spent time discussing what kind of bed we wanted, what bed frame and mattress, about delivery and also bedding .

We have used this store before a couple of years ago and purchased not only a bed but a complete bedroom set aswell all thanks to the the wonderful and friendly service given to us by Frank. This is why when we decided to upgrade our bed and mattress we looked around to see what we wanted then went back to see frank at dreams. Unfortunately he wasn't in store on the day but lucky for us Gary was,who was just as helpful and friendly and we came away with a really great deal on our bed and it's exactly what we wanted which is why we would not only recommend dreams but will be back ourselves.

David who was the assistant was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions very efficiently. When I returned the following day with my daughter to show her the bed the gentlemen working in the store were very nice and friendly nothing was a problem for them. I would definitely shop in Dreams again and would highly recommend the company to friends and family. The price of your beds is also very good as a bed of a very similar design in another store was £200 dearer

Great customer service, sales man made us feel comfortable bed listened to our needs. Offered tea and coffee etc.

The sales assistant was very knowledgable & friend, spent time with us explaining all the mattress firmness levels with no pressure to buy.

Customer service of the shopping assistant was very good and he helped me a lot when choosing my product. Definitely better service than Bensons for Bed where I was just half an hour before, however there was n o assistance and the prices as Dreams are also better.

Found exactly what I was looking for, staff understood my requirements and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The assistant was extremely able and well trained She was able to understand our needs and was therefore able to show us all the different options appertaining to our needs.I was also impressed by the offer of coffee when we arrived, an excellent selling point.
