After initial guidance as the the setup in the store was left to try different beds in own time. Help and assistance was available as soon as we asked for it. Good guidance on pros and cons of different products. Very knowledgeable advice and very pleasant manor.

Very friendly and welcoming environment could not have asked for better service.

The sales person was knowledgeable but not pushy unlike some of your competitors. We felt relaxed whilst discussing our needs and we were confident that we were being given the correct information and not just trying to make a sale. In fact we left the store to have lunch then returned much later to place our order.
