David was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable of the products. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find it very quickly.

The assistance Clare was wonderful we told her what kind of mattress we were looking for and she took ua right to them and had us test them out. Great service.

The advice provided to select the best mattress suited to my needs was slick and effective. I was very satisfied with assistance provided. The 40% sale was perfect timing, and all requirements ranging from pick up old the mattress and 40 days grace period was explained and set up with ease.

I was welcomed into the store by the sales person and, once I had made it clear what I was looking to buy, was offered options from which to choose. There was no "pressure" sales and I was impressed with the knowledge shown of all the products which I asked about. I was in the store for no more than 15-20 minutes and left satisfied that I had ordered the most appropriate bed for my purpose. As delivery is not due until the 19th August I cannot comment on the quality of the item. I would be happy to recommend this store to friends and family.

We went to Benson for Beds before dreams and we found a bed we liked for roughly the same price but the sales assistant was a too pushy & we really didn't like him so we returned to Dreams as Frank had been helpful & friendly from the start. He didn't try to push us into buying, he gave us time to discuss and gave us all the info. The shop had loads of choice and it was so well organised, I loved the co,our coding that was used. It made finding what we needed so much easier! The prices were what we were expecting, we did find a cheaper mattress in a shop just round the corner but it wasn't as comfy and again the staff were not very friendly. I would recommend dreams to friends & family as our whole experience was enjoyable (apart from £682 coming out of our account :-P) Big thank you so to Frank for helping us get closer to a good nights sleep!!!
