As soon as I walked into the store, Paula approached me, asked me questions, & understood my needs. Paula spent plenty of time with me testing beds, allowing me to decide which bed was best for me. She gave me plenty of advice & allowed me to decide which bed was best for my needs

On entering the shop we had a look around for a suitable time before we were approached by a staff member. He showed us the mattresses that met our needs, offered us pillows to use and supplied us with tea and coffee. When we decided on the mattress he processed the order quickly and professionally. No complaints at all. He knew his stuff.

Frank the Store Manager was very pleasant, informative, non-pushy and friendly.
