We have bought beds from this store before . David who served us was very helpful and had the understanding of our needs. He took time to explain to us what we needed .

Frank was very helpful on our first preliminary visit and Sebastian was excellent when we returned to buy a bed for our mother who is 91 and unable to visit the store. Advice on which bed was best, etc was invaluable to us.

We were very impressed with Claire as she was friendly, did not badger us, was knowledgable and was good with our daughter.

Staff recognised us from a previous visit the week before and remembered specific items we had shown an interest in. We were offered refreshments. One of our kids needed to use the toilet and was allowed,to use the staff facility. Staff were friendly without being over familiar. Excellent advice given re our requirements

The Dreams assistant was very experienced and friendly. There was no pressure at all to make a purchase. Even though this was not our first visit for our bed and mattress the assistant was just as patient with his advice and help.
