Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

Paula at the Straiton store was extremely knowledgeable about all the beds and mattresses we asked about and didn't pester us into buying anything. We came in with an idea of what we wanted and Paula pointed out the best deals and we left the store extremely satisfied. Paual informee us we would receive a call on Monday to arrange a delivery date. We actually received a phone call on Sunday from Paula to let us know she had booked us a Saturday delivery the week before Christmas which is just perfect. The customer series from dreams has been brilliant again! I will definitely be back when we need a new bed!

everything was great - polite and friendly. store was easy to navigate in the wheel chair (carpet floor was a bit of a pain but no biggy). the whole process although it took a while, it was very easy. overall very happy.

We found the sales assistant very helpful and her knowledge of the product she was selling was very good.

David was very welcoming to the store. He explained how the 'colour coding' of the beds worked, and advised me to lie on the bed rather than sit on the edge. He asked which position I slept in, and suggested that I adapt this position when trying each one. He asked what type of pillow I used, and provided a similar one. This gave me a much truer picture of how each bed felt in comparison to the one I have at home. He was very knowledgable about every bed in store, and answered my questions very well. He was not'pushy',which I hate, and allowed me to discover much information about the goods as we went along. David was extremely pleasant, I enjoyed my time in the store, and left with 2 great products.

Paula was brilliant. She wasn't a typical pushy sales person. The original bed I wanted (double Cooper ottoman) wasn't going to be in stock until January at the earliest so I decided to look at other options. I ended up going for the double Isabella ottoman that I'd originally thought about buying. If there is a reward for best sales person I'd definitely give it to Paula.
