Paula was there for us from the very beginning helping us to understand what we were required to do to get the best bed to suit us with no hurry at all in fact we were given a cup of tea and a seat to think things over and take our time before making a decision upon the best bed for us.

First impression of staff very friendly offered a cup of coffee. Then David explained all products and put us towards the type of mattress we would like .

In respect of the friendliness and knowledge of the lady assisting us; very satisfied. As we haven't received the mattress yet, I cannot yet comment on the quality of it, but it certainly looked good in the shop. What I particularly liked was the private time they allowed us to try the bed out by ourselves.
