I was given a lot of help by Frank, who was extremely patient with me while I decided what type of mattress was best for me. He was a good listener.

Sales advisor David was absolutely brilliant. He was never pushy, he was very knowledgeable and he had us captivated from the moment we met. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His suggestions for us were spot on. Quite honestly thanks to David our browsing experience turned into a very satisfying purchase on our part. Can't praise him enough .

My daughter is disabled and suffers a lot of back and joint pain. I took her to dreams to try out the tempur adjustable beds. On a previous visit to the store I had explained the problem I had in getting my daughter to the store because of her pain situation. Paula (the assistant) and Frank the manager couldn't have been more understanding. When four days later I finally managed to get my daughter to the store their patience was impeccable. They let her take her time to try the adjustable bed, have a rest when she needed a break, took time to explain everything to her without being pushy for a sale. We felt her needs were more important to them than them securing a big sale. We were in the shop 3 and 1/2 hours and never once felt we were a bother. Wonderful service. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

The assistant Clare in the Edinburgh Straiton store was fabulous, highly knowledgable. Hadn't planned to order bed on that visit but was so confident in what she was telling us about structure of bed etc ensured there was no need to go anywhere else. She had the right balance of friendly but not pushy. Excellent customer service

the set out of display is great and the assistance we had on choice of bed frame and mattress was great to , even had a coffee made for us and time for my husband and i alone to decide on which bed we wanted. great service all round, will have my bed delivered when i am on holiday from work , so this is ideal

Good service and store honoured the advertised price of the bed, £20 less than it should have been (price tag not changed accidentally)

Sales staff were very helpful but were not too pushy, and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for.

Frank and Clare were highly knowledgable about the various types of mattresses available and we were left alone for the appropriate time to decide on what we liked. There was no hard sell and they didn't point us to the most expensive products first.

We were very pleased with David's knowledge he helped us to identify which mattress best suited my needs and clearly explained about the trial period and the benefits of Bedcover Sevice Plan.
