Customer service was perfect. Not too much service. Just enough and very helpful. We were given time to look and try out beds. We were not rushed or felt that anything was too much bother.

Assistant approached us just after entering store, asked if he could help then took us to where wooden headboards were and advised only one available for a small double. He then took us to a screen on the wall to show us the different wood colours available and price. Although we didn't order that day, after checking out other options we did return a few days later and placed the order. Again the service was excellent with being met on entry and directed to an assistant who placed our order.

I was allowed to walk freely around the store on my own once I had discussed my requirements with the assistant Paula and then spoke with her again once I was satisfied with what I wanted to purchase taken on board her advice.

The assistance given by Clare was not intrusive and pitched at just the right level; she was relaxed and not remotely pushy, but checked up on us several times to ensure we were getting on OK. She made every effort to ensure we got what we needed and not to sell us anything that was more expensive than the price bracket we had hinted at. All in all a very pleasant and non-stressful experience, and the bed we got was a very good price and promises to be a huge improvement on what we have.

Sebastian, the sales representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were explained many options and our needs were met in a correct manner. They took the time to move mattresses and bed frames chosen and this was very helpful. We enjoy the options available and the explanations given.... even the cup of coffee.

The salesman Davids knowledge was excellent His approach and expertise was excellent No pressure sales pitch Highly satisfied overall experience .

Myself and my partner had no clue which mattress to go for. The sales assistant Danny was very helpful, explained everything very clearly and let us take our time to chose the right one. We werent rushed or felt pressured at any time.

Paula spent a lot of time explaining the difference between different mattresses and ensuring that I had ample opportunity to test out the various types. She answered all questions carefully and thoroughly and ensured that I understood everything about the order and when the bed would be delivered. I left the store convinced that I had made the correct purchase and I am looking forward to the mattress being delivered.

The assistant Claire took time to explain the quality and difference in each of the mattresses I looked at. She gave sound advice. No question went unanswered. Excellent service from this lady.
