Help was readily given by the assistant to ask us what we were looking for and his knowledge of the products was very good

We were greeted, offered refreshment and guided through the selection process. We were given the right amount of assistance with time alone to think and discuss in private what we wanted to do. Store manager was attentive, polite, helpful and friendly. We did not feel under pressure to hurry, even though the store was busy.

Dreams was recommended by a friend and it lived up to the recommendation.

David was so helpful, he listened to my needs and recommended appropriate products. To allow me to have one bed earlier he split the order into two so this didn't cause me a problem. I didn't feel pressurised into making a decision, which was refreshing.

The lady who helped us didn't make us feel rushed, we were torn between 2 mattresses and she was very happy to keep moving our pillows back and forward for us to test both out several times. We were offered coffee and hot chocolate and she even let my little girl(who was getting bored) test out the beds too and got her a balloon.

I felt that our requirements were met with regards to what we set out with the advisor.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams because the sales assistant was very helpful. He listened to our needs/budget and then he came up with a number of possible options. He also took the time to talk us through the different types of mattresses and bed frames. He also offered us a drink while we were placing our order. The overall experience was excellent (sales assistant name: Daniel).
