Claire the assistant was very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful.

Felt immediately at ease, welcomed and served by Clare whose advice was excellent which allowed me to make my decisions easily. Also she had another colleague move a bedside cabinet to allow me to envisage what it would look like next to the bed she also placed a nice quilt set on the bed. A very good experience

Sebastian was lovely, large range to test out (unlike another Dreams store closer to us), given good advice on bases and mattresses

The day before I had been in Barker and Stonehouse, I was there 30 minutes and no one spoke to me. Dreams salesman was speaking to us within 5 minutes. He was informative but not pushy which I liked. Also his product knowledge was great for me he suggested things I had not thought of.

Sebastian (I think that was his name) catered for all of our needs. he took the time to explain what the different mattresses were like and he even sourced us extra pillows when we were trying out the beds. Other retailers did not do this. He offered us tea and coffee both times we visited the store and he helped talk us through the various stages of buying the mattress as well as being very flexible with the delivery of the mattress. I have already recommended him and the Dreams in Edinburgh to friends, family and colleagues.

We were given as much time as we needed trying different beds and pillows. The young man was very customer focused and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience with a nice coffee as well!

Staff were very friendly answered all questions I needed left us to have a think and decide for ourselfves. Not pushy very professional

Clare was very helpful and interested and even made us a cup of hot chocolate!!!!

The 2 members of staff were very helpful and gave plenty information they also stayed back for 45 minutes as we did not realise the store closed as we were testing out the matresses

David was a credit to your company. We had looked in many of your competitors outlets and whilst they would all offer similar assurances and price matches, etc we returned to your store to place the order due to David's friendliness and knowledge. Well done!
