David was very helpful in explaining the types of mattresses available to me now in comparison to what I have which was also bought at Dreams many years ago but no longer exists otherwise I would have bought it again! I wasn't rushed and felt I had the time to try out all the beds.

Whilst shopping at dream (straiton retail), frank was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. And i would recommend my family and friends to visit in the near future.

We knew we wanted a new good quality bed but had no idea what type to go for. Sebastian greeted us warmly, asked if we needed help, then took a real interest in what would be best for us. he was extremely patient allowing us to try different beds and was very good at pointing us in the direction of what he thought would suit us. In the end we narrowed it down to 2 choices and he allowed us time alone to make our choice with no pressure. He was an excellent salesman
