Helpful well informed staff and when I advised them that I wanted to just look around they didn't follow me round the store which I hate so this was appreciated

Both Clare and Frank were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Even the coffee was good!

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgable. He listened to what I was looking for in a product and advised me confidently without making me feel under pressure to make a purchase.

When we went into the store an assistant approached us and asked what we required. He then showed us where to find them and left us to browse ourselves. He wasn't pushy or in your face as I have found in other stores. He asked if we would like a coffee which we accepted and we said we had found what we were looking for. He showed us various colours and materials that we could get so a deal was done. Very happy with our shopping experience.

we were met at the door by very friendly assistant who then allowed us to have a good look round before helping us decide on the mattress we wanted.David was extremely helpful and knowledgable, he gave us pillows of our choice to help us try out the mattresses. placing the order was very easy and the speed of delivery was great, all in all a great buying experience.

Buying for my daughter's new student flat. Bed that was on offer was great quality and well priced. David, the store assistant was knowledgeable, understanding of out needs, witty, and doing his bit in-store for charity.

Our sales advisor Paula was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything and she took the time to explore our needs with us. Paula was upfront about our bed not being in stock and followed up on her promise to phone us when it came in. We would have liked to have known how long we would have been waiting for our bed frame to be delivered as we would have perhaps bought this elsewhere so we could have got our mattress quicker- our bed frame can't be delivered for almost 7 weeks..had we known this we would have bought the frame elsewhere and our mattress only from dreams. However this was not Paula's fault and she honoured the discount we would have got (offer was no longer ongoing when we paid for the bed) without question. Without a doubt Paula made our experience highly positive

Offered help but also allowed time to think about what we wanted. Able to try beds several times to make sure which one was the right bed.

We were attended by Clare and she was so well in her job, that she explained us each and everything about beds and Mattress, that initially we were planning to take the other bed from somewhere else, but when Clare detailed us, we were convinced and ordered the 2nd bed as well.... hehahahaha
