All of the staff in the shop were extremely friendly and helpful. Danny, who actually served us was great, he advised us on various things that we never even thought of and was very friendly and helpful. Wemwere offered coffee and ojt shopping was taken from js to allow us to browse withou carrying heavy bags.

Was extremely impressed with Paula our salesperson. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and spent a lot of time with us talking through the options and giving us her insight and advice. At the same time doing this in a very professional non pushy sales person way . We were going to shop around, however Paula really gave such a good impression and service that we quickly knew we would buy from the store. Very impressed and due to the great service we received from Paula we decided to buy our sofa bed from Dreams at the same time.

Paula was very knowlegable and informative when I visited the store. Just the right balance of being friendly and personable but very professional. Paula understood my bed needs and my concerns for a flexible delivery date due to me not yet having an exact entry date for my new build house. This is the 3rd bed I've bought from Dreams in 3 years. I would definately recommend the quality of your products and the excellent customer service. Well done.

Staff were courteous and attentive. You were allowed to test the beds at your own time. There was no pressure put on you to buy.

Your colleague Claire was very knowledgeable and patient. She made us try many beds and left us space and time to decide. We didn't feel pressured.

We received an immediate and friendly welcome, followed by extensive advice and guidance on the product range available. Frank was well-informed and was able to lay out the benefits and disadvantages of the products we were viewing. There was no pressure to purchase, but because both the product and the price seemed right we went ahead. David, who handled the processing of the sale, was also friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, especially when explaining the cover available and the 40 night guarantee.
