We were approached by a friendly sales person who helped us with our choice of mattress. He didnt rush us, was informative and helpful.

Paula was a great help with helping us choose our new mattress. We had all the info to help us decide what was best for us. We didn’t feel rushed when making our decision.

Paula was an exceptional member of the Dreams team her knowledge was on point, Paula was relatable and made you feel like you were talking to a friend. Paula’s knowledge of mattresses was brilliant and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and our needs. We used the dreams machine to identify the potential mattresses with Paula and Paula spent a lot of time with us finding the right one for us. I would give Paula a pay rise as her service was 200%

Sebastian was incredibly helpful, bed frame we wanted was out of stock so he took our details and contacted us as soon as it was available again. He then helped us again to find the perfect mattress for us, highly impressed with his service!

I knew what I wanted and the assistant was happy to show me and gave me pillows to try and spent time. He was helpful and friendly and hopefully l will be happy with my mattress when it arrives

Very few shops these days offer what I would call a "shopping experience" but dreams did exactly that! We were greeted as soon as we arrived and didn't feel pressured at all by the sales team. We were offered a opportunity to have our sleeping position analysed which was very cool and really helped us narrow down the options. Ross was highly attentive but gave us plenty of space to explore the different mattresses and frames. The order process was very smooth and delivery was far quicker than expected.

Steph the store manager who served us was lovely. Knowledgeable & friendly.

Sale's assistant was very nice,none rushed and friendly service. Made feel very welcome and was more than happy to help us pick our mattres.

Jennifer showed me various choices based on what I was asking for and seemed knowledgable about the pros and cons of the various mattresses I was looking at.
