We found the sales advisor very knowledgeable. He was highly professional and answered all our questions without putting any pressure on us to purchase items. However, due to his knowledge we ended up purchasing a new mattress costing £999.00. Cannot remember his name, but he was from Inverness

Pala on our 1st visit was very helpful and and answered all our questions . In fact we left the shop at 20.20 ( closes 20.00 ) Most impressed.on our 2nd visit Sebastian helped us and we made our purchase. He was friendly and helpful .

We entered the store not really expecting to find anything we would like or of any quality, we just went in to make a comparison to what we thought we were buying elsewhere (a mattress). But we were both surprised and delighted to be proved wrong. Frank (store manager) who helped us was polite, knowledgeable, didn't push the sale, came up with a great deal for us and also made a mean cup of tea! Danny who processed our transaction and arranged delivery for us was also friendly and efficient. We were very impressed with Dreams. And given a few more days, I hope to persuade my husband to buy the bed I like from Dreams as well!!!

We were greeted by the store manager, Frank, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I were not sure if we would be purchasing during our visit but the help provided and the bonus of a discount which was available on the day persuaded us.

Although assistant was busy with other customers he acknowledged me courteously and professionally.....His abundant product knowledge impressed me as he explained thoroughly and in a fashion that I understood and would be able to relate it to my mother for whom I was shopping.....Truly job well done most impressive and enjoyable shopping experience..

We felt Sebastian had a great knowledge of the store and of the products. He understood our needs and was more than happy to find out anything we asked him. We felt that he cared and that his customer service was excellent.
