Assistant was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. His colleagues too added to our overall impression of a well organised team who were happy to help.

The customer service we received was first class. Her knowledge of the products and understanding of what we were looking for was second to none. The sales lady was very smart in appearance and looked after us so well. We were asked what we were looking for and then offered us the chance to sample all the beds etc that she thought would be appropriate for us.

Paula, the member of staff who assisted is, was very knowledgable and helpful. She guided us through the process of finding what type of mattress would suit us. At the same time she also gave us time to try different mattresses ourself. We were offered refreshments while browsing.

Paula who assisted us was knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed. She also left us to talk about things for a while and we didn't feel pressure, which we liked. Paula helped us understand the differences which in turn supported our decision.
