The staff member was attentive and did not rush me - they were not pushy which meant I could take My time deciding what if anything I wished to purchase - if they had used sales patter or been pushy you would not have had my custom. They offered us refreshments and were attentive with my Child offering him a hot chocolate and then taking time to cool it down for him

Danny was really helpful despite the shop being due to close. Showed us options we hadnt thought of and gave us time to make decisions.

The overall service was great! It was Danny who looked after us and he was very attentive, had a great knowledge and pretty much covered everything. great range of products, quite quick delivery, friendly staff.

The beds were colour coded to make it easy to find beds similar to the type that suited best. It was good to be able to select a pillow similar to the one I usually use.

I first visited the store just before 5pm on Sunday and was greeted by Frank. I was aware that the store was closing shorty and Frank could not have been nicer. I asked a number of questions and was talked through the process of mattress selection and shown the specifics of a nice frame. I said that I would pop back on Monday as I was aware of the closing time, Frank said I could still try out the mattresses, but I chose to return the next day. Today, I returned to the shop having had a wee look online at available bed frames. I asked for Frank, who handed me over to Sebastian, who was also very knowledgeable. I felt I was in great hands, with polite and courteous staff who put no pressure on to buy. I feel it is rare these days to get such a high standard of customer service and am delighted I chose Dreams to purchase from.
