The woman who dealt with us had a great knowledge and was extremely helpful and thorough.

Danny who was serving us took a great deal of time understanding what it was we were looking for and going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and find a product which was suitable even when there was a disagreement between myself and my shopping partner. I'm very happy with the level of customer service at this store.

We made 2 visits to the store and each time staff were attentive and informative. We were not hounded or pressured into any particular purchase, we were listened to and assisted with our requirements. David was very friendly as were his colleagues.

We had reviewed the Dreams website before visiting the store, and realised it would be far better to visit a store to fully understand the options available for our mattress replacement. The way that Dreams Straiton had set out their beds, and the help we received from David, the Dreams colleague, quickly helped us to home in on the mattress for us. The opportunity for my wife and I to try out different construction and firmness was invaluable, and led us to purchase one of your Therapur Acti Gel mattresses. We were also given the opportunity to try out the new Sealy Posturepedic Spinal Alignment pillows, which were excellent, and were quickly added to our shopping list.

Very good service and excellent choice

We were highly satisfied with our experience in store as Paula was very friendly and paid attention to exactly what our needs were for finding a matress that was going to be best for us! She was very patient and knowledgeable- she wasn't pushy either which I think you find a lot of the time when going into stores !!

I was met by a lovely welcoming man, I explained what I was looking for, and the amount that I was able to spend, he showed me several beds, and mattresses, also headboards, it was easy from the information that I gave him to get me to the right bed etc., which I am looking forward to receiving next week.

We cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding degree of customer service experienced at this branch. Frank the manager helped us initially then turned us over to Paula. Paula was simply superb; always happy to listen to our needs, never pushy but very convincing and most impressively extremely patient as I took ages to come to a decision. In automotive terms, we went in hoping to buy a Fiesta and came away with an Aston Martin! Or to put in more accurately, our £170 bed turned into one just under £1,000! The skill of Paula was that she convinced us that we had made the right decision. Though me admitting to a back problem did help. We were also impressed by the ability to exchange the bed after 40 days should we feel it wasn't the one. I'm sure this won't be necessary.
