David remembered us from a previous visit on both occasions was very helpful, knew the right products to show us after we explained our sleep patterns

The member of staff spent a lot of time with us and explained things very well. We felt relaxed and not rushed in any way - she suggested we try different beds and guided us through the whole procedure!!

Clare was great.

Sebastian was knowledgable, articulate and professional. His discreet approach and straight forward style was appropriate to my needs and he showed good humoured patience as he guided me through the overwhelming realm of beds and mattresses. Thare was a good and comprehensive selection of beds to choose from though a little traditional for my taste.

David was very knowledgeable and friendly
