Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

We went to Dreams, because the original shop we went to, had no selection. So popped in and the friendly staff talked us through what we were looking for and 45 mins later we had bought a bed and mattress. Excellent very pleased

I'm a previous customer from years ago. I was totally satisfied with your service then so that's why I've returned to buy my new mattress. Claire greeted us as we entered the store & was approachable & friendly without being forceful. She asked a variety of questions to meet my needs & then showed me different mattresses so I could compare & decide which one was best for me...along with the pillow I then picked the most suitable mattress. Claire also ran through options for warranty, delivery & recycling of my old mattress. She was excellent & I'd definitely recommend her & the branch at Straiton.

We visited on Sunday 17th having already visited before to check out a bed we'd seen online. We weren't sure about mattresses and asked a staff member, Paula, if there were any clearance mattresses as we had a limited budget. She then showed us around a range of cheaper mattresses, offering lots of advice and managed to convince us to spend a little more to get a better product. She was really informative without being too pushy and gave us some space to think about what we wanted. She matched an online discount code we had online and the delivery date was prompt so we left happy with the purchase.

Very pleased with the knowledge of products and helpfulness of staff. Paula took time to understand our requirements and offered a more appropriate solution for us.

We were shown relevant items in an efficient and friendly manner. We were given time to mull over options without any pressure.
