Staff very knowledgeable and friendly

I went into your store to have a look at mattresses and wanted to try out various types to see which I liked. I was very impressed by the system you use to assess a customer's needs. This helped to focus my attention on what was recommended. I was very ably helped by Steph, who answered my questions showed me all the options. I decided to go ahead and buy a mattress based on all these positives.

After walking into the shop and meeting the staff on site it was as if you were meeting family members. All members of the staff were extremely helpful and listened to everything you had to say. this was particularly so for me as I have a medical condition which happens when I am sleeping. I would without doubt recommend this outlet to other people.

my partner and I were looking for new bed and mattress so we don't know what we looking for and the lady called Jen come and asking us if anything to help and i don't understand what she saying because she wearing mask as that I'm Profoundly Deaf. She was very kind to remove her mask down for me to understand her. Jen was asking us if to try on bed for test which was very good and she look after my daughter while we lie down so we don't have to worry about. Jen was so amazing, very cheerfully and very patiently. she doesn't rush us, what a fantastic job!
