Our adviser, Paula, was attentive and knowledgeable. We were given plenty of time to decide and payment options fully explained.

Paula who assisted us was patient and knowledgeable giving us time to browse and attentive when we required help..we received refreshments and were treated with respect and courtesy..the products were good value for money with free delivery on a date which suited us.

The Sales executive and the store manager were very helpful. Our requirements were correctly understood and the right suggestion were provided by the staff in-store.We got what we wanted. we will come back soon to purchase few more items.

From the moment I walked into the store with my son (11 years old) Paula was polite, attentive and friendly. She made me feel confident in considering our items to be chosen for our son (and our room next) and covered great explanation as to the complex differences, reassured me whilst making the decisions once my husband joined us later on. Paula professionally took us through the process of elimination and helped us arrive at the right choice. We feel even more comfortable in our expensive choices because of your 40 day trial period this gives us great peace of mind.

We were greeted promptly at the door and being inexperienced at buying beds it was clear and concise. The colleagues were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and helped us to choose the best bed for us. We were offered drinks and all information was delivered in a clear and concise manner.

The assistant who helped me was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He kindly gave me a pillow to help demonstrate each bed type and the differences, very helpful.
