The lady that helped me made me feel comfortable trying out different mattresses. She was very well spoken and let me take my time picking my mattress. She also brought me a coffee :)

Staff very helpful (David) which made a big difference to our shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable about the products available and gave us very useful guidance.

The assistant Clare Muller was excellent. She wasn’t pushy, letting us take our time to decide. We went away for a coffee and she greeted us when we came back. She was very helpful in what else we would need. A good shopping experience.

sales assistant was genuinely interested in ensuring we got the best bed to suit our needs. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase and the advice given during the process was excellent

Highly satisfied mainly by the attention received by shop assistant Clare at your Straiton shop. She was extremely knowledgeable about the store stock and efficient whilst maintaining a sense of humour. Now hopefully delivery will be carried out in the same manner.

assistant very helpful and knowledgeable very pleased with mattress only problem was also bought 2 memory foam pillows which cost £84 00 each and wifes pillow not suitable but have been told cannot return but will return soon to buy recliner bed because of excellent service thank you

Paula took time to explain about different products and then left us alone to try out different mattresses. There was no pressure to buy and we felt comfortable about our purchase.

We found what we were looking for. The price was a bit unexpected. The sales asistant, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made our visit quite pleasant and was very patient with us as we spent quite some time looking around and trying different mattress.
