David who served us listened to our requirements and needs. He then helped us to try different mattresses and gave us time to choose and discuss between ourselves and with him the options. He had a great knowledge of the products and was extremely helpful, without being pushy - we felt no pressure to make a purchase.

Sales person was very knowleable and gave good advice, giving us plenty of time to make sure we were satisfied with our choice, before our purchase.

The gentleman who dealt with us during our visit could not be be more helpful.The the part I really liked he was not right in our faces trying to get a sale.

Sebastian was very helpful. We gave him our specification and budget and he went out of his way to meet our needs. He achieved a sale which we had not originally aimed for - we had intended to shop around more first.

Very impressed with the sales process, we were asked the correct questions to establish our needs and guided through the various options in a very professional and friendly manner. We were offered a coffee and although we didn't take up the option it was a nice touch. We were served by Sebastian who perfectly balanced his professionalism with a friendly approach- well done to him.

The staff were very attentive to our needs and not simply focused on selling. That's a key reason we made a purchase.

I visited the store three times before placing my order as I wanted to check out other options. Each time I worked with the same sale assistant (David), who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured and David respected my needs to not jump in. In the end it was combination of the products being good quality, catching a promotional deal and David's attentive manner that swung the sale away from the competitors.
